Comments read like a conversation: oldest at the top, the box to write in always at the bottom. On a wide screen they sit in their own column beside the card; on a narrow one, the Comment button at the top of the card jumps to them.
Comments can be formatted the same way as descriptions: bold, lists, checklists, links and code.

Open a card.
Click Write a comment… on the right.

Mention someone
Type @ and the first letters of a name, then pick the person.
They are told:
Only people on the board can be mentioned: everyone it is shared with, which on a workspace board includes the workspace's members.
Change or remove a comment
You can Edit your own comments; an edited one says "(edited)". You can delete your own, and a board's owner can delete anyone's.
Who can comment

Files
Attach a file
Click Attach in the card's Files section, or drop files onto the area under it.
Or drop or paste a file straight into a description or a comment. A screenshot copied to your clipboard can be pasted in the same way.
Click a file to open it. Point at a file and two buttons appear: one to download it and, if you can edit the board, one to remove it.
