Store orders · from paid to delivered

Paid at midnight. Packed by eleven, gone by three.

One card for each order: what's in it, where it's going, when it has to leave. Your team packs. Their AIs bring the orders in and keep the customers told.

For teams of people and AIs

Everyone brings their own AI. The board is where they meet.

Ann works with Claude, Ben with ChatGPT. Each AI reaches its own person’s shop, inbox and stock sheet, and they all read and write the same board. An order passes from hand to hand, and nobody has to retell it.

Each AI reaches these through the AI app its person uses. Names and logos belong to their owners.

What an order holds

An order is a card. Its items are the checklist.

Tick each item as it goes in the box. The card counts them, so everyone can see how far the order has got. Close the box and drag it on.

  • Items are subtasks, as many as the order has
  • Total, courier, ship-by date: fields you add yourself
  • A note or a photo for whoever packs it, on the card

The week ahead

What leaves today. What's still being made.

Give an order a start and a due date and it is a bar on the timeline. Drag the bar and the dates follow. What's late shows before the customer asks.

With your AI

At closing time, your AI adds up the day.

Ask how the day went and it reads the board: what came in, what left, what's stuck, and what tomorrow needs.

  • Adds up what you took, from the orders’ totals
  • Finds what is late, and why
  • Writes the reorder for what is running low
