These are the terms for using the hosted Kanbanto at app.kanbanto.com. Kanbanto is run by an independent developer. By making an account you agree to them. Questions: support@kanbanto.com.

The service

Kanbanto is a board for planning work as tasks inside tasks, alone or with others, and with AI assistants and other apps you choose to connect. It is free to use.

Your account

• Give a real email address, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

What you put in is yours

• You own your boards, cards, comments and files. We claim no ownership of them.
• You let us store them and show them to you and to the people and apps you share them with. That is all we do with them.
• Only put in things you have the right to share.

Fair use

• Use Kanbanto lawfully. Don't use it to harm others, to send spam, or to store anything illegal.
• Don't try to break it, get into other people's data, or use it in a way that gets in the way of everyone else.
• The free service has limits, such as file space and invite emails per month.

AI assistants and other apps

• An assistant or app you connect acts as you, with your access. You're responsible for what you connect and what you ask it to do.
• Kanbanto doesn't provide the AI. You use your own, under its maker's terms.
• You can disconnect an app, or delete a token, at any time.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and you can disconnect it at any time. What Kanbanto does with it is described in the privacy policy.

Being available, and changing

• We work to keep Kanbanto running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
• Features may change. If the service ever has to close, we'll tell you ahead of time so you can export your boards.

Ending

• You can stop using Kanbanto whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account.
• We may turn off an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

Kanbanto is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost data. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose: a board can be exported as a file. Nothing here takes away rights that the law where you live gives you as a consumer.

These terms are read under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so here and by email before they take effect.
